New Beginnings

Speaking from personal experience, I can say that there is something extraordinarily powerful about new beginnings. You're at the edge of a cliff about to dive down into the vast unknown. And just for a moment, among the fleeting thoughts of terror, you're filled with the feeling that you can do anything. Suddenly you know, you were meant to do this all along.
You were meant to find this new beginning. You were built for this journey. Every step, no matter how confident or cautious, is a step in the right direction. You're following your dreams.

I've been thinking about my journey a lot, lately. How many times I've stood on a cliff and jumped off. Letting the wind carry me where it desires or learning to fly in the direction I want to go. I feel that familiar rush. The rush of knowing that I am right on the edge of something new, something that is wonderful and terrifying at the same time.

And so it is will a great deal of courage I say what I am about to.

I want have a creative career. I don't want the PhD or the 9-5 or the boring stuffy office suit. I want to show up in my floral printed/polka dotted tops and long flowing hair and I want to make things. I want to make beautiful things. I want to make beautiful things for myself and others. And I want that to be my career.

Opening my new shop in August was an amazing start. I'm going further, though. I am going to put it all out on the table and announce something that has been near and dear to my heart for so very long, now. I will now be offering creative services. For the memories you want documented, but you don't know where to start or you don't have the time, I am now offering my creative services for hire.

Those wedding photographs you always wanted to scrapbook but never got around to? I can create for you something beautiful and tangible for you to hold on to those memories. Maybe it's a baby book or a collection of your favorite memories with your best friend. Contact me today to talk details.

Every project is different. Every person is different. Each of us; a gathering of personal memories and moments. If you have something in mind, send me an email today and we can discus what you're hoping for and what I can do for you.

Ohmygoodness. It is finally out there in the world. This is what I want to do. I want to design pretty paper and I want to make beautiful albums for people like myself, who cherish the everyday moments in this life. I am so excited!
